that is to say that clubs can\\r operate within their own vision.</li>\\r <li>Clubs are often a chapter of a national branch; for example <a\\r href=\\\"NOBE\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"NOBE\\\">NOBE</a>, <a href=\\\"EWB\\\"\\r class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"EWB\\\">EWB</a>, <a href=\\\"EIA\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\"\\r title=\\\"EIA\\\">EIA</a> and <a href=\\\"NSBE\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\"\\r title=\\\"NSBE\\\">NSBE</a> are all McGill specific chapters within a larger\\r national, or even international organization.</li>\\r <li>Clubs have their own space, currently known as <a href=\\\"Clubs_Hub\\\"\\r class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"Clubs Hub\\\">Clubs Hub</a></li>\\r <li>Clubs are held accountable explicitly by the <a\\r href=\\\"VP_Student_Life\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"VP Student Life\\\">VP\\r Student Life</a> and the <a href=\\\"Clubs#Clubs_Council\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\"\\r title=\\\"Clubs Council\\\">Clubs Council</a>, and is represented by the Clubs\\r Rep who sits on the <a href=\\\"EUS_Council\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\"\\r title=\\\"EUS Council\\\">EUS Council</a>.</li>\\r </ul>\\r <h2 id=\\\"governance\\\">Governance</h2>\\r <p>EUS clubs are primarily governed by the <a\\r href=\\\"Clubs_and_Design_Team_Bylaws\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\"\\r title=\\\"Clubs and Design Team Bylaws\\\">Clubs and Design Team Bylaws</a>.\\r This document outlines what is required to become a club, what\\r distinguishes a club from a design team, and their representation on\\r council.
