This can include changes to\\r\\n<em><a href=\\\"bylaws\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"bylaws\\\">bylaws</a></em> and\\r\\n<em><a href=\\\"constitutions\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\"\\r\\ntitle=\\\"constitutions\\\">constitutions</a></em>, <a href=\\\"fee\\\"\\r\\nclass=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"fee\\\">fee</a> renewals, creation of mandates, and\\r\\nmore. You, the members, can basically order EUS to do anything.</p>\\r\\n<p>Referenda tend to occur once per semester of the <a\\r\\nhref=\\\"academic_year\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"academic year\\\">academic\\r\\nyear</a>, usually taking place around mid November and March. All <a\\r\\nhref=\\\"regular_members\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"regular members\\\">regular\\r\\nmembers</a> have the right to vote in all referenda.</p>\\r\\n<h3
