EWeek 2026 Staff Information

Notice

Staff applications are now closed.

This page contains relevant information for EWeek staff. Staffing is a great way to enjoy E-Week!

Staff Ticket

If you haven't purchased a ticket yet, you'll receive a separate email with instructions on how to purchase your reduced-price staff ticket. If you already purchased a ticket, you'll get a refund covering the difference in the next couple of weeks.

Staff Training

We're doing a staff training on January 6th 2026, from 5:00pm to 6:00pm in the EUS common room. The first hour is going to cover some important details on how staffing is going to work this year. Even if you've staffed EWeek before, it's important that you still attend since there are a couple of new things we need to cover. Attendance will be taken. There will be a staff social after the training from 6:00pm to 7:00pm and yes, beverages will be provided free of charge. Again, it is highly recommended that you attend in person but if you absolutely cannot make it, please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/CzZEoRM5MY6w7tSj9. If you either don't attend the staff training or don't fill out the form to arrange accommodations you will not be allowed to staff EWeek 2026.

Staff Schedule

We're going to release a staff schedule on January 2nd at noon where you'll be able to sign up for shifts. We’ll be using a points system to keep it fair, so you’ll be able to choose any shifts you’d like as long as you have the minimum number of points. The shifts will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. As a reminder, you’re welcome to go to ANY E-Week events while you’re not shifted. It is very important that you attend the shifts that you do sign up for. More information on this will be released on January 2nd.
