Below are all the ways you can recruit more members\\r\\nand really showcase what you do to the engineering community.</p>\\r\\n<h2 id=\\\"recruitment_events\\\">Recruitment Events</h2>\\r\\n<h3 id=\\\"frosh_park_party\\\">Frosh Park Party</h3>\\r\\n<p>Every year <a href=\\\"Frosh\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"Frosh\\\">Frosh</a>\\r\\nhosts a Park Party, typically on the Friday before classes start. This\\r\\nevent is hosted at Parc Jeanne Mance and involves many faculties\\r\\nincluding engineering, science, and art sci. Typically, the day events\\r\\ncoordinator for frosh will reach out to design teams and those\\r\\ninterested can attend by hosting a small game or activity to engage\\r\\nfirst year students and recruit anyone interested.</p>\\r\\n<h3 id=\\\"eus_involvement_day\\\">EUS Involvement Day</h3>\\r\\n<p><a href=\\\"Engineering_Involvement_Day\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\"\\r\\ntitle=\\\"Engineering Involvement Day\\\">Engineering Involvement Day</a> is\\r\\nthe best way to reach out to all engineering students at McGill. The <a\\r\\nhref=\\\"VP_Student_Life\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"VP Student Life\\\">VP\\r\\nStudent Life</a> will reach out to your team about the logistics of this\\r\\nevent. Come prepared to engage students and make sure to have a sign up\\r\\nform ready!</p>\\r\\n<h3 id=\\\"ssmu_activities_night\\\">SSMU Activities Night</h3>\\r\\n<p>Activities Night is a club fair hosted by <a href=\\\"SSMU\\\"\\r\\nclass=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"SSMU\\\">SSMU</a> every fall and where you can\\r\\nrecruit students outside of the faculty of engineering. To sign up your\\r\\nteam for this event, keep an eye out for emails from the <a\\r\\nhref=\\\"mailto:internal@ssmu.ca\\\">SSMU VP Internal</a>. Sometime in late\\r\\nAugust/early September there will be a link to register your team.</p>\\r\\n<h2 id=\\\"reaching_out\\\">Reaching Out</h2>\\r\\n<h3 id=\\\"ten_screens\\\">TeN Screens</h3>\\r\\n<p>The Engineering Network (<a href=\\\"TeN\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\"\\r\\ntitle=\\\"TeN\\\">TeN</a>), is a \\\"digital signage\\\" system used to display\\r\\ncontent on TV screens located throughout the engineering buildings. The\\r\\nscreens are located in the Trottier, Wong, Macdonald, McConnell and FDA\\r\\nbuildings and they are an amazing way for you to promote your team,\\r\\nrecruitment events, workshops ect\\u2026 For more information check out the <a\\r\\nhref=\\\"TeN\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"TeN\\\">TeN</a> wiki page.</p>\\r\\n<h3 id=\\\"job_board\\\">Job Board</h3>\\r\\n<p>The <a href=\\\"Job_Board\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"Job Board\\\">Job\\r\\nBoard</a> is where you can post applications for any positions that are\\r\\navailable on your team. Clicking the \\u201c+\\u201d sign in the top right corner\\r\\nwill show you the steps to make a posting there.</p>\\r\\n<h3 id=\\\"pipeline_emails\\\">Pipeline Emails</h3>\\r\\n<p>If you want to promote your job posting to all EUS members, you can\\r\\nhave it sent out in the weekly <a href=\\\"Pipeline\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\"\\r\\ntitle=\\\"Pipeline\\\">Pipeline</a> email. By submitting <a\\r\\nhref=\\\"http://pipeline.mcgilleus.ca\\\">this form</a> before a Saturday at\\r\\nmidnight, your job will be emailed out the following Monday.</p>\\r\\n<h2 id=\\\"info_sessions\\\">Info Sessions</h2>\\r\\n<p>Teams tend to have large info sessions after their first round of\\r\\nrecruiting. Dates of info sessions are set a couple weeks before they\\r\\nhappen to ensure as few teams overlap as possible.
