Depending on how full\\r the fund is and how beneficial your trip is to students, the amount\\r given may vary.</em></p>\\r <h2 id=\\\"applying\\\">Applying</h2>\\r <p>You can apply to the Departmental Trips <a href=\\\"Funding_Sources\\\">Fund</a> at all times by emailing your\\r full application to the <a href=\\\"Funds_Director\\\">Funds Director</a> of the EUS. This fund is\\r allocated in a first come first serve basis; it is always best to apply\\r as early in the year as possible.</p>\\n<p>Be reasonable when asking for support and indicate other funding sources\\r when applying \\u2013 the departmental trips fund is relatively small and does\\r anticipate that students will still have to pay out of pocket for some\\r expenses.
