Depending on how full\\r\\nthe fund is and how beneficial your trip is to students, the amount\\r\\ngiven may vary.</em></p>\\r\\n<h2 id=\\\"applying\\\">Applying</h2>\\r\\n<p>You can apply to the Departmental Trips <a href=\\\"Funding_Sources\\\"\\r\\nclass=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"Fund\\\">Fund</a> at all times by emailing your\\r\\nfull application to the <a href=\\\"Funds_Director\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\"\\r\\ntitle=\\\"Funds Director\\\">Funds Director</a> of the EUS. This fund is\\r\\nallocated in a first come first serve basis; it is always best to apply\\r\\nas early in the year as possible.<br />\\r\\nBe reasonable when asking for support and indicate other funding sources\\r\\nwhen applying \\u2013 the departmental trips fund is relatively small and does\\r\\nanticipate that students will still have to pay out of pocket for some\\r\\nexpenses.
