The Aero McGill design team is looking to recruit three members for the upcoming year SAE Micro Class collegiate design series competition. The objective of Micro Class is to design a light-weight micro UAV style aircraft that can be quickly deployed from a small package while maximizing the payload fraction. If you’re passionate about aerospace and this opportunity interests you, please fill out the short google form, after which you will be contacted for a brief interview. Deadline to apply is the 12th of April. Please note: Summer availability and preliminary fixed-wing aircraft knowledge is a prerequisite. Members will directly engage in design optimizations on the current aircraft and performing rigorous test flights starting May 2019.
