Professionals working in sustainable fields come to provide\\r\\nindustry insight, as well as give students an opportunity to make\\r\\nconnections and ask questions to people with sustainable careers. The\\r\\nevent happens over dinner and is fully catered, as well as free to all\\r\\nstudents.</p>\\r\\n<h3 id=\\\"design_team_case_competition\\\">Design Team Case Competition</h3>\\r\\n<p>In Fall 2016, SEAM challenged McGill's Engineering <a\\r\\nhref=\\\"Design_Teams\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"Design Teams\\\">Design\\r\\nTeams</a> to make a change in their products or processes to improve\\r\\ntheir long-term effects on the planet. SEAM wanted their sustainable\\r\\nsolutions to be implementable, measurable, and specific to an issue with\\r\\nwhich the team members identified. The Fall 2016 winning team was <a\\r\\nhref=\\\"M3DP\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\" title=\\\"M3DP\\\">M3DP</a>. They were awarded\\r\\nprize money to implement their RecycleBot.</p>\\r\\n<p>In Fall 2019, SEAM will have new case competition for McGill's\\r\\nEngineering <a href=\\\"Design_Teams\\\" class=\\\"wikilink\\\"\\r\\ntitle=\\\"Design Teams\\\">Design Teams</a>.
