BBQ & folding tables

These aren't booked through the room calendars. Email the space manager to reserve.

BBQ

  • EUS groups: free
  • Non-EUS groups: $75/day + $500 deposit + contract
  • Full-size BBQ on wheels stays on campus; portable BBQ can leave campus
  • Pick up 30–60 min early with 2–3 people; space manager or exec accompanies you
  • Clean before returning. Fines for damage or returning dirty
  • Food handlers need a hat and gloves

Folding tables

  • EUS groups: free
  • Non-EUS groups: free with $75 security deposit
  • Stored in the Common Room on top of the sports equipment cage
  • Email the space manager to borrow
