THERE ARE NO HIGHS WITHOUT LOWS.

The 3 first stages of grief

It's December 20th, 2021. You just walked out of your last final exam. You're scared because your GPA might drop, but excited because you now have a reason to train your chugging skills and maintain that sub-GPA time. As you check your phone and ready yourself to rant about the difficult questions on the exam, you realize that Quebec suddenly announces 50% capacity for bars and clubs. There's still hope right? Maybe they'll go back to 100% by the time this Omicron variant dies down... right? Wrong. Everything shuts down. Curfews are reinforced starting Dec. 31st, 2021. Schools are online until Jan. 17th, 2022. EXCUSE ME?!

Part 2: The 4th stage of grief"

As the Winter break comes to an end, we all go back to online lectures. You can't exactly ask your crush out on a sTUdY DaTE, but at least you can pin them (?) and play lectures 2x speed... With a heavy heart and incredible helplessness, you and your friends discuss the incredible memories and fun times you could have had during E-Week 2022: Rise of the Villains. Physically and mentally speaking, you're still not in school mode. Your hand always seems to reach for a Sleeman cup and you keep getting flashbacks.
