The EUS is looking for a new mental health director for the new term (May 2021-May 2022) to work with the incoming VP Student Life!

The role of Mental Health Director is information-based, and would be a good fit for students passionate about mental health and improving the knowledge and resources available in the engineering community. This position has a lot of room for growth, so new and creative ideas and initiatives are definitely encouraged!

This role includes: - Updating and distributing the annual Mental Wellness Survey, analyzing the results, and presenting the results to the Faculty - Co-chairing the Equity and Mental Health Committee - Promoting positive mental health and wellness practices in the engineering community; - Seeking out and distributing mental health resources; - Liaising with MESC and other faculty members to work on new initiatives and improve the faculty's understanding of students' mental health and wellness needs; - Representing Engineering at an interfaculty level to improve access to mental health resources - Working closely with the VP Student Life.
