Widget:Jotform

This is a bastardized version of widgets created by Malcolm McClintock. If the Jotform iFrame sequence ever changes, this widget's configuration will need to change as well. Simply insert <!--{$id|escape:'urlpathinfo'}--> where the code calls for the unique form ID, remove any javascript.
