McGill Space Group

The McGill Space Group CSDC team is currently in the process of designing and building a 3U CubeSat to compete in the Canadian Satellite Design Challenge, a competition for Canadian Universities to build nano-satellites under the CubeSat specification. 
We are currently looking for highly-motivated student to join us, specifically, software & mechanical engineering students.

You should apply if you:

  • Are interested in aerospace development, specifically satellite design.
  • Want to get hands-on experience with spacecraft development.
  • Are self-motivated and able to work both in an independent manner and as part of a team.
  • Have experience in C programming and/or low-level software development
  • Have experience with Finite Element Models and/or Thermal Analysis

Skills: Self-motivated, experience in C programming, experience with Finite Element Models and/or Thermal Analysis
