Photography Contract: Difference between revisions

In Fall 2018, the EUS signed a photography contract with Voltaic Photographie. EUS groups had previously hired Voltaic Photographie for most events, so it made sense to bring these expenses under one bulk umbrella so that the EUS can pay cheaper photography rates. The contract, unless otherwise terminated, will be in effect until June 30, 2021.

If the event is further than 50 kilometres from the EUS office, a transportation rate of $0.40/kilometre will be charged. If Voltaic cannot find free parking at the event, a parking fee of up to $15.00 will be charged.
