McConnell

All table bookings for the McConnell Hallway any type of sale or event inside the EUS go through the Administrative Assistant, Dianne Ferguson. At the 14th of every month (rounded to Monday if it's a weekend), any organization can visit Dianne in the EUS Office and request bookings in the month following the current calendar month. For example, Junior Council would like to book a sale on the 10th of October. Their fundraising rep would go and book the table the 14th of September for the month of October.
In case of a conflict, priority is given to Engineering groups.
