The [[TeN]] manager is under the IT portfolio. The IT Director manages the servers upon which the clients rely and helps the [[TeN Manager]] in maintaining and upgrading the clients.

==McGillEUS Emails==

The most common task required of the IT Director is access to an @mcgilleus.ca email address. All EUS organizations are entitled to their very own email address; to request an email address, contact [mailto:it.director@mcgilleus.ca the IT Director]. Emails can be accessed through [http://mail.mcgilleus.ca/SOGo webmail.mcgilleus.ca]. The McGillEUS Emails are currently hosted through Zentyal, an open-source Linux based email client. Currently [[IT Director#Email| alternative options]] are being explored to move to a more common service such as Gmail or Outlook, but likely won't be put in place until 2016.
