:16.1 Any member of the Executive Committee position and any Class Representative may be removed from office for impropriety, violation of this Constitution, delinquency of duties, or misappropriation of A.S.A. funds;  16.2 A Motion to remove a member of the Executive Committee or must be signed by at least four (4) members of the A.S.A. Council, or by at least twenty (20) percent of Members of the A.S.A., no more than half of whom may be from the same Class, and none of whom may be members of the A.S.A. Council;  16.3 A Motion to remove a Class Representative must be signed by at least four (4) members of the A.S.A. Council, or by at least fifty (50) percent of their Class, none of whom may be members of the A.S.A. Council.  16.4 A valid motion to remove a member of the A.S.A. Council will be inscribed upon the agenda of the next regular Council Meeting, so long as the Motion or notice thereof is received by the A.S.A. Secretary more than two (2) days before that Regular Council Meeting;  16.4.1 For purposes of this section, Saturday and Sunday do not count as days;  16.5 The A.S.A. Secretary must personally inform the member of the A.S.A.
