Clubs Council is a meeting between all the clubs which occurs once a semester. Its purpose is to facilitate conversation between clubs as well as between clubs and the EUS. The Clubs Council consists of the VP Student Life, the Clubs Representative, and one President from each EUS Club. Co-presidents should both attend, and if a president can’t make it, they must send a proxy. Each club gets one vote at Clubs Council. Not to be confused with the Clubs Fund Committee which is separate.
Attending Clubs Council is necessary to maintain EUS club status! If you’re interested to know what else a club has to do, check out the starting a club page.
